Our service

Bites Local Ltd provides a website and WhatsApp-based ordering system for independent restaurants, for a fixed monthly fee plus a 5% commission on orders placed through the platform.

Pricing

Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is added at the applicable rate at checkout or on your invoice.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you're a consumer entering into this contract at a distance, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of signing up for a full refund, provided the service hasn't already been substantially delivered at your request.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of your menu, pricing, and food information shown on your website.
• You're responsible for fulfilling orders received through Bites Local in line with your own food safety and hygiene obligations.

Our responsibilities

We'll provide and maintain your website and WhatsApp ordering system with reasonable care and skill, and aim to keep the service available, though we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
